Homecoming ... Finally !


Monday was the day.  Homecoming was finally here even though it was about six weeks late.  The USS Gravely arrived at its home base in Norfolk, Virginia.  We were there to welcome it back along with our grandson., news media, bands and hundreds of other people.





Details to follow … in a day, or two or three.  We’re mighty busy right now with little blogging time.

    Great news to hear your grandson is home safe and sound - I'll bet he was just thrilled to see his grandparents there to meet him.

    And, congrats to you both on being such terrific grandparents too!!
